Tamarr Clark filled a prescription for a family member and unknowingly became part of a drug crime. Although the court sentenced her to six months probation, the collateral consequences - the unfair and unnecessary restrictions placed on people with criminal convictions - would impact Tamarr and her family long after that sentence was over.
