From the Dutch professional club, Ajax, here are a few "TIPS" to developing a complete player. Starting at an early age is critical to the success of any player.  T is for Technique; players must be able to control the ball using the proper technique. I is for Insight and Intelligence; the ability to observe and think ahead and for oneself. P is for Personality; players must be able to communicate with others, provide leadership, be creative, and be receptive to fellow players. S is for Speed, which is essential for every player; speed off the mark, mobility, and speed over long distances.  All of these skills and related techniques are taught as part of Bethesda's Junior Clinics.  Sign-up now!
