CONFERENCE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

We are so excited for the 36th annual SAPOR Conference! The big days- October 5th and 6th are quickly approaching and we cannot wait to see you there. We will have two days packed full of interesting presentations including a keynote address by AAPOR's president, Dr. Timothy Johnson.

Within the field of survey methodology, his work has focused primarily on sources of measurement and nonresponse error. Dr. Johnson has invested considerable effort in examining the health behaviors of disadvantaged populations, including homeless persons, immigrants, cultural minorities, criminal justice populations and mental health populations. He has also conducted numerous investigations designed to validate self-reported health information.

Diversity and Inclusion Panel

Our invited panel guests will discuss barriers and solutions to representation and inclusion of minority populations within a variety of domains, including staffing, academics, leadership and development, and respondent groups. Thursday Night Networking

Thursday evening, SAPOR will host an offsite networking event in downtown Raleigh at Trophy Chicken and Taproom. This location was formerly known as the Busy Bee Café (where we have gathered in previous years). Heavy appetizers will be provided along with a drink ticket. Attendees will be responsible for any additional food or drinks.
