One2017 Executive Trustee election candidates
This fall, IMRF employers will elect one Executive Trustee for a five-year term. The five-year term of office will run from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022.
 
A nominee for Executive Trustee must be employed by an IMRF employer as a chief executive officer, chief finance officer, or other officer, executive, or department head. The nominee must also participate in IMRF and be vested as of December 31, 2017.
 
The following IMRF members are eligible to run in the 2017 Executive Trustee election; click the following links to learn more about each candidate:
IMRF will mail election ballots and candidate biographies to Authorized Agents or governing bodies (as appropriate) on October 11, 2017. Completed ballots must be received by IMRF's Springfield or Oak Brook office by 4:30 PM CST, Tuesday, December 12, 2017.
TwoThird Employer Survey scheduled for release
IMRF will release its Third Quarter Employer Survey on Monday, October 2. The survey will be distributed via email to all Authorized Agents and Web Assistants, and should take less than five minutes to complete.
 
Your participation and comments will help IMRF continue to provide the highest quality retirement services to our employers and members.
 
Upon receipt of the emailed survey, all Authorized Agents and Web Assistants are encouraged to complete and return the survey to IMRF no later than Monday, October 16.

All IMRF employers are required to comply with IMRF return to work rules. To avoid potentially severe penalties, always review the return to work rules and check with IMRF before your employer hires an IMRF retiree.
