Thanks to the Lord, your prayers and support we have been able to continue the Lord's work in Matamoros this 2017, and we want to give you an update!
Bible Institute Graduation
This is your personal invitation to the Sola Scriptura Bible Institute's Graduation

Couples Outreach


     At beginning of the year we had a couples' outreach event. We invited a well known Christian couple who travels around the USA and Mexico encouraging marriages, and sharing the gospel. They did a wonderful job. Marriages were strengthened, and around twenty five people gave their lives to Christ. Thanks to your support we were able to do this event free of charge at a very nice facility. Around one hundred and forty couples attended.
Bible Institute's New Classrooms



        Since we started our bible institute back in 2009 we only had one classroom. This limited our ability to train more future Christian leaders. Thanks to your prayers and support we will soon have three more classrooms. This will allow us to enhance our theological training program, and make more disciples. We still have more work ahead of us, so please keep us in your prayers.
Youth Outreach - Health Fair Outreach

      On May 20th we will have our citywide youth outreach! This time is going to be different, we will have a health fair going on at the same time! The goal is to serve the community of Matamoros, but mainly attract as many as possible people, so they can hear and see the gospel. A medical team from Lazybrook Baptist Church (Houston, TX), and First Baptist Sanger will be serving along side us. Our goal is to communicate the Gospel through Hip Hop music, and free medical services. Please pray for God's guidance, boldness, and provision.
Dr. John Neesley's Bible Conference 

      From March 30th through April 1st Dr. John Neesley, seminary professor and senior pastor at Lazybrook Baptist Church, came to our bible institute to present a bible conference. He taught our students, pastors, leaders, and members from other churches. The conference was based on 1 and 2 Thessalonians, and all of us were greatly blessed!
Christmas Outreach

      Every year our ministry organizes through our twelve churches a Christmas outreach event. This event has in mind to attract non believers to church, and tell them about the real meaning of Christmas. We offer them a nice meal, toys, and Christmas stockings for the kids. Its hard to believe, but some of these kids do not get a present during this time. Thanks to your support we were able to reach out to hundreds of kids and their families. Thank you for giving!
      Please keep us in your prayers as we continue to proclaim the Gospel, plant churches, and train disciples in Matamoros, and other parts of Mexico. Everything we do is through God's grace and mercy, and through your prayers and support. You are part of all this!
