Connect with current and incoming HAIS Board Members, hear the 2018-2019 year recap, learn about upcoming programs and initiatives for the 2019-2020 year, and network.

HAIS Professional Development Scholarships
HAIS Travel Scholarships:
Neighbor Island Full Member Schools

HAIS is pleased to offer needs-based Professional Development Scholarships for administrators and faculty from HAIS Full Member schools to attend workshops, presentations and other professional development related events run by HAIS.

Neighbor Island Schools may apply for a maximum of two travel scholarships each year, with each award totaling up to $400. The awards are intended to defray the costs of attending HAIS events and can be used to cover airfare, lodging and other expenses (such as the cost of substitute teachers) related to attending HAIS programs. Reimbursement of expenses up to the amount of the award will occur upon completion of the event and will only be paid out once attendance is verified. Please note that all receipts must be submitted to HAIS, in order to receive the funding.

 
HAIS Professional Development Scholarships: 
Oahu and Neighbor Island Full Member Schools

The HAIS Professional Development Scholarships are needs-based and available to administrators and faculty from HAIS Full Member Schools. Schools may apply for a maximum of three scholarships each year, which will cover the entire cost of registration at any HAIS event (excluding the Schools of the Future Conference).

Application
To apply for a scholarship, please complete the  Scholarship Application Form .
Upon approval, instructions will be sent to award recipients.
