Capped Wave Options For 2018
We looked at the post-race surveys and spoke with clubs and cyclists about how to improve your cycling experience. One of the things we heard most often was that we should have more spacing and options for cyclists with differing abilities and confidence levels at the start line.

New this year, we’re breaking down each distance into spaced out waves so that each rider can select a coral that best suits their goal. You’re now able to select a timed wave or a tour wave, both of which offer the same course depending on the distance that you want. This will ensure that the riders that want to race can race and the riders that want to ride can ride.

Given there will be set "race" starts and set "tour" starts, for safety reasons we are going to cap those waves, so if you want to race, you should register early before these waves fill up
Register Now!
Registration is live and online as we speak. You gave us feedback and we listened. New for this year, you have the ability to add or subtract as many frills as you want. Don’t want a tee shirt? That’s money saved! Be sure to act fast as we do have a tiered pricing model, so register now to save!

Road Routes
Based on feedback from many riders that had ridden the two-loop 160km route, we took a different approach for 2018. Riders looking for a new personal best will be treated to brand new 120km single-loop route that even features a few new roads that have never been ridden in past years.

Have you done the 40km and are looking to test your limits? If this sounds like you, the 80km course has been crafted with you in mind. New and experienced cyclists alike love this historic route which will feature some of the most picturesque roads in Ontario. If thats not enough, we're bringing back the EPIC Grey Road 19 climb for both the 120km and 80km routes.

New to cycling or if you enjoyed your Saturday ride, why not double down and give our brand new 40km course a try! We’ve put an emphasis on rider experience creating over 6 various waves ensuring that riders of all abilities can find a start suited just for you!
True Grit Routes
If you like getting off the beaten path, you’ll love both the 40km and 65km courses. For 2018, we’re offering two different distances for those that want to experience something truly different. By offering a number of start waves, you’re guaranteed to be riding with cyclists of the same ability and mind-set. If you’re looking to try something different, this event is for you!
