Find your VOICE . Discover your unique VALUE.
Create your VISION . Drive OUTCOMES.
This program will enable you to gain clarity and intentionally drive positive change for yourself, your career and your company. We are all drawn to people who have a strong sense of self, demonstrate their authentic value, and positively influence others. Powerfully choosing how you show up every day can mean the difference between languishing at your current level or making it to higher levels and increasing your contributions. Whether you are a leader of people, yourself, ideas or projects, participation in this session will elevate you and your impact. Each participant will leave with actions to implement for sustainability long after the program ends.

This year we're doing something a little different. At 5 high schools, EWF women will share their "How I Got Here" stories with students to inspire and educate our future cyber, risk and privacy leaders. At the same time, volunteers will go to three Scottsdale school district locations to educate K-8 teachers and administrators on common cyber and privacy risks. All sessions will have time for Q&A.
