Weather / Water:  Welcome to October! Chilly mornings and warm afternoons. Water temperature was 78 degrees Monday 10/1  - temps will go down over the next 2 weeks as lake levels are lowered  & expect wetsuits to be legal. USAT officials will provide the official water temperature each race morning. Forecast for Oct. 14 now shows clear weather with a high of 70 & low near 50. Let's hope that holds true.

ORTP is pretty flat & don't forget to leave some gas in the tank to get back over those two climbs!

Cedar Bluff Cycles will be on-site for bike adjustments and ESM staff will help on the bike course.

the run is scenic, rolling route to the rear exit of TVA park, right on Woodlawn Road to left on Buttermilk, (YELLOW Cones will mark course side of road -  stay near cones to avoid cars) .
