2019: The Year Ahead

Happy New Year!
My psychic "style" has never been to make predictions the primary focus of my work. Instead, I specialize in using my abilities to tune into individual and collective soul contracts and the underlying purpose of various circumstances as they pertain to karmic growth cycles and soul level transformation from psychological, sociological and spiritual perspectives. I'm more passionate about empowering people to embody their light as a way of co-creating the future with the Universe than in taking a mundane, fatalistic approach. With that said, it's not uncommon for references to potential future trajectories to arise in my work because they are relevant to the themes I've just described. Indeed, we're in a marked time of unrest, purging and transformation.
At the start of each year, I like to preview evolutionary themes, events and unravellings for the year ahead. What follows is a glimpse of some of the things that are likely to surface in response to our Collective Evolutionary Journey in 2019 and beyond.

2019: The Year Ahead...
I'm seeing continued erratic weather patterns around the world. These will include multiple heavy storms and flooding in various countries along the Pacific Ocean, Europe, Midwestern and Southeastern United States as well as hurricane activity along the Eastern Seaboard of the US. Ironically, I feel that there will be some beautiful weather (scattered unseasonably warm winter days and warm, sunny, unusually dry days in summer) in between storms. Weather will go to extremes on both sides of the spectrum this year.
I'm seeing increased earthquake and volcanic activity - particularly from late February through the spring and again around August. I'm also concerned about California earthquakes from about 2020-2022. The best medicine is to be prepared and to hold a vibration of love rather than fear.
I see more states legalizing, decriminalizing and decreasing punishments for marijuana and increased discussion on a national level about decreasing the severity of punishment for possession of marijuana. I also see a bill in the works in Congress to address the issue, however it will be met with strong opposition. Some of this battle is financially based. The pharmaceutical companies and Big Tobacco want to get into the marijuana industry. Their attempt to monopolize the market is likely to get rather zealous for a few years as there's a lot of greed fueling it. Some of these companies will pay off Congress to vote against more "liberal" marijuana laws for now so that they have more time to develop their own strategies for packaging and selling it later on. They'll change their tune on the issue when they're ready to launch products.
I see new Cancer drugs hitting the market and studies further exploring a cure or vaccine for HIV. The latter is likely to occur in Europe. I'm getting a strong feeling about new HIV research and developments in France and possibly Germany.
Additional seats in the US Senate will be filled by Democrats through special elections. However, I feel that a small Republican majority will remain in the Senate through 2020.
Trump will lose some of his Republican allies in Congress this year. As the year progresses, he and key members of his administration will be dealing with a lot of legal hot water that he will no longer be able to deflect. He and a couple of his kids (sons) will face some marked legal challenges - thus putting his presidency in jeopardy. I feel that things will really start to heat up around summer and throughout the second half of the year. I'm not so sure that his alleged involvement in Russia will be the major focal point. Questions about Russia may remain, but I feel that accusations of financial crimes involving the president, his sons (particularly Don Jr.), and Jarod Kushner may produce the final blows that sink his presidency. The investigations will likely play out for a period of months. I don't expect him to disappear immediately. The end to his presidency feels more likely to occur between August 2019 - Spring/Summer 2020. Questions of loyalties to his family vs his presidency will arise for him. If Mike Pence becomes President, it will only be for a short period.
I'm seeing a resignation from Kellyanne Conway in 2019 or 2020.
A divorce between Donald and Melania Trump is likely over the next 1-3 years.
The marriage between Ivanka Trump and Jarod Kushner will also be in jeopardy over the next few years.
Trump Administration: For those who are hoping that Trump's ship will sink quickly and that he'll simply disappear so the US can live happily ever after, I don't see it playing out quite so quickly or smoothly - but I do see his administration falling apart before long. For those who think he has the capacity to make marked positive change, I don't feel that happening either.
The Divide in the US is going to get even deeper as more stories of and investigations into Trump family crimes surface. There will be protests, violence, bombs and death threats made against key investigators of his administration. Threats will be strongest against several female investigators, including Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren and Nancy Pelosi. These acts will come from people whose souls are operating at a highly primitive, fear-based, reptilian state of consciousness.
New clusters of neo-Nazi and KKK type groups will arise. I hate to predict doom, but it's going to get ugly for a period of about 18 months. For a while, it may feel like there's no one at the helm in government and that will raise concerns about the position of the US as a super power.
It's important to be conscious of the intensity of our reactions to politics, hypocrisy and gun violence.

As we move through the next few years, I see that the Trump administration will be successful in filling the karmic role that it came here to serve. There will be many new questions arising about structural reforms in our government. These will likely involve constitutional amendments, changes in our dealings with foreign governments, how elections take place and the role of the electoral college.
Although the next few years will be intense, I feel that the silver lining is that there is likely to be bi-partisan collaboration coming around 2020-2024 and beyond to create some of these changes. One of the underlying concepts to be addressed is the need for government and the US constitution to evolve as society evolves. Trump is here to bring to the surface many areas of government (and thinking) that are outdated so that transformation and collective healing can occur.
I feel that the European Union will go through a somewhat parallel process of structural evolution over the next few years. And regardless of recent votes, I don't see the UK leaving the EU in one fell swoop. However, there may be some layers of disaffiliation.
This is neither a time to fall asleep at the wheel nor to carry hostile energy. Collectively, we are learning to transform our anger into loving, passionate and productive activities that help heal - rather than simply complaining on social media, gluing ourselves to the 24 hour cable news networks and arguing with family members. We emit the energy we embody and it spreads.
I see marked changes coming in the San Francisco Bay Area housing market and tech industry around 2020-2022. Although I don't feel that the housing market will tank per se, it's likely to decline somewhat. I feel that a saturated tech industry and high operating costs will result in more telecommuting (from outside the Bay Area) and outsourcing of jobs for tech industry professionals. An earthquake may play a role in some of these changes as well.
As we begin a new year, I invite each of you to breath into your heart space, embody as much Divine Love as possible, release fear, and to be the change you wish to see - in your own life and in the world. I'll continue to be here for support - with increased focus involving on-going psycho-spiritual counseling and coaching and an increasing number of sessions being done by phone and Zoom.
