Legislative Breakfast The program agenda will start with an OPTIONAL Legislative Breakfast at the RSA Plaza, 770 Washington Avenue, 6th Floor, from at 8:00am - 9:30am. Our special guest for the breakfast will be Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth. 2019 ACA Winter Workshop Then we will move to the Alabama Activity Center for the ACA Winter Workshop. Sessions will take place from 10:00-4:00 and registration begin at 9:30. Don't miss this opportunity to learn, share, network and support aviation in ALABAMA.
