Basic Income: The Time Has Come
United Way Peterborough & District CEO Jim Russell discusses Basic Income with Susan Hubay, co-chair of the Basic Income Peterborough Network. This was following the viewing of the documentary The Manitoba Story and panel discussion held at Market Hall last week. We were one of several organizations sponsoring this event.

2018 Campaign Celebration!
ICYMI: On March 27th, we celebrated the success of our 2018 Campaign in red carpet style. With the generous help of our community (that's YOU!), we raised $1,735,000 which will be used to continue funding 46 agencies and programs in the City and County of Peterborough. We are incredibly grateful to those who supported our Campaign, and the agencies and programs that support our community. An enormous thank-you to our 2018 Campaign Chair, Megan Murphy....you have been an inspiration to us all.
