2019 GOCSD Eureka Math Professional Learning Events
Register for any or all of the five events!
GOCSD has partnered with Great Minds to offer five days of Grades K - 8 Eureka Math Professional Learning Events this summer. Each of the events will be held at the Southwest Lindenwood Campus located at 909 E. Republic Road Suite C-100 Springfield, MO 65804.
Time: 8:30a - 3:30p
Registration Fee: $150 for each event (lunch on your own)
Grades K - 5 Preparation & Customization of Eureka Math Lessons

The purpose of this full-day session is threefold: to empower teachers to discern the decisions inherent in each  Eureka Math  lesson, to study the curriculum's teaching sequences, and to prepare teachers to customize lessons to meet the needs of their students. For more information click here .

Grades K - 2 Understanding the Major Work of the Grade Band
Wednesday, June 27 register here .
Educators already implementing the curriculum deepen their understanding of the fundamental mathematics instruction within and across grade bands. Participants study Problem Sets, analyze teaching sequences, deliver lesson segments, practice fluency activities, and model with mathematics.
