As of November 15, 2018, the IRS released cost of living adjustments for 2019 that affected plan maximums. Benefit Strategies will be sending this to all reimbursement plan clients on Friday, November 16th at 3:00 pm. 

If you wish to have anyone removed from the notice please contact . It is very important that if any client wishes to increase their plan maximums that it is noted on the renewal and change form to make sure that all plan documents are updated correctly.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released the cost of living adjustments for 2019. If you would like to increase your plan to any of these new maximums, please make sure it is noted on your renewal and change paperwork form when your plan renews. Please send all changes to .
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
New Annual Maximum
Health FSA- The 2019 annual election cap is now $2,700.
Dependent Care FSA- The annual election cap remains $5,000 per family or $2,500 if filing separately.
Please note : If your Health FSA maximum is less than $2,700 and you wish to increase it for 2019, please indicate the change on your renewal paperwork and return to Benefit Strategies, LLC. If you have already sent in your renewal paperwork please send the request to
