Due to COVID-19, two extensions are granted for
2019 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Carryover Allocation Agreements dated July 12, 2019.
The deadline date of April 13, 2020 is now extended to
June 12, 2020
for the following:
- Submitting Exhibits C – E of the Carryover Allocation Agreement to AHFA
- Land purchase for project

- 2019039 - Landing at Eastleigh (The)
- 2019031 - Parkwood Apartments
- 2019012 - Providence Place II
- 2019025 - South Pointe Apartments
- 2019027 - Sun Pointe Apartments
- 2019020 - Valley Oaks
- 2019015 - Virginia Meadows
Owners will receive a modification to the Carryover Agreement for these projects via USPS which must be signed and returned to AHFA.
