Celebrating 10 Years:

Our 2019 MTM-CNM Family Conference marks 10 years since the first US national conference was held in 2009 Houston, TX. We are so thankful that the five past conferences have provided an extraordinary experience for our community to gather together face to face to meet one another, learn from one another, and develop life-enhancing relationships.

Our conferences provide the chance for families to hear directly from medical professionals, clinicians, researchers and pharma industry members, about the most up to date research and care practices to support our loved ones in their journey living with myotubular and centronuclear myopathies. All coming together in one place, for one weekend, has also provided very unique opportunities for families to directly collaborate with medical professionals, engage in ongoing research, and partner with all stakeholders to bring us to where we are today and help direct the path for our community moving forward. Please join us in celebrating 10 years strong!

Conference Activities :

A detailed agenda will be made available as the Conference date draws near. In the meantime, especially for families who have not had a chance to attend in the past, a rough outline of what to expect throughout the weekend can be found in our 2017 conference program book, available on our website .

To accommodate the growing needs of our community, including research and social opportunities, we will again have some expanded conference activities before and after the Conference program, running from Thursday thru Monday. Please note that all activities being planned in conjunction with the St. Louis conference for our MTM-CNM community will be coordinated through MTM-CNM Family Connection. Making it Happen - It takes a village!

The MTM-CNM Family Conference is only made possible by the generosity of our donors, including corporate sponsors and grass-roots efforts of family fundraising. We still have much work to do before July. If you value the Conference as much as we do, please consider joining our fundraising efforts in any way that you can. Big or small, all contributions are appreciated!

Every family that raises $500 for the conference will receive one free adult registration, with every $500 raised. Kick off your family fundraising on Giving Tuesday ! You can set up a fundraiser directly to MTM-CNM Family Connection through Facebook, or join our Crowdrise fundraising team .
