• Housing Policy &  Frequently Asked Questions : all teams outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area need to give careful attention to the Housing Policy, hotel choices, and how you can book rooms in the area your team will be scheduled.
•  Tournament Rules: includes both competition rules and player eligibility rules.

Several people have asked the reason for the additional fees. PrimeTime Sports wants you to understand the reason is not to create additional revenue. In fact, we would be thrilled if we collected no late fees, as that would mean all the teams timely submitted their entry information and completed Team Check-In during the designated times.

When we have to process the entries for nearly 800 teams and 8,000 payers, it requires a substantial investment of time and resources. When information is not timely provided, it reduces our efficiency and increases the costs. Rather than assessing this cost against all the teams, we have chosen to assess the fees against those teams who do not timely complete the entry process.
