Hello and Happy Holidays. We are gearing up for an exciting and profitable 2019 and we want you to be a part of it. There are several things happening within the next several months and we wanted to involve all of our members so you don’t miss out on some exciting opportunities.
First off, our new Chamber Directory and Events Guide will be going to print the beginning of January, please go to the
website
and double check your information listed there. Be sure to check address, phone number, etc. because that is what will be printed in the Directory. You should have a login to correct or edit your information, if you can’t locate your login please contact me as soon as possible and I will issue you a new login. This only takes a few minutes and helps to keep all your information updated and current. In addition, you can still advertise in this Directory; please contact Dee Johns or Petra Young with Directories Ink, 352-508-9257.
I am in the middle of planning for 2019, that means scheduling the Business After Hours and Luncheon Sponsors for the year. If you would be interested in hosting a Business After Hours or sponsoring one of our Monthly Business Luncheons please contact me ASAP. These are set dates, well attended and are limited. There is no sponsorship fee for the Business After Hours and the fee for the Monthly Business Luncheon is only $500.00.
Lastly, you can see by the attached (2019 Year at A Glance) that we have a lot of events and activities for 2019. We have sponsorships available from small amounts (a few hundred dollars) to exclusive main sponsorships. Last year, we started a “Sponsor of the Year” program that kept those members brand in front of our community all year long for just $250.00 per quarter. Now is the time to inquire about all of these sponsor opportunities because they are limited and we try to fill them all by the end of January.
