STEM Ecosystem Workforce Survey
Director, Workforce Development
The Southern Alleghenies STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) Collaborative is launching an initiative to provide STEM-related activities/training for students of all ages.; K-12, college students and adults who need to upgrade their digital literacy skills.
As part of Gov. Tom Wolf’s PAsmart initiative, Pennsylvania Highlands Community College has been awarded a grant for nearly $500,000 to develop the ecosystem. The collaborative is a combined effort of area education, business and industry partners to create and expand educational and job training programs in STEM.
The members are requesting your assistance with connecting students to businesses. Please take a few minutes to review and complete the survey below. The intent of this STEM Workforce survey is to gather information on Computer Science and STEM activities that may benefit local school districts and to determine additional training needs in the region.
