2019 VSG Registration Brochure contains schedules, locations, and all information regarding 2018 VSG. It will be postal mailed to previous VSG participants during the week of 12/18. Registration will be all online and there will be no refunds.
Online registration will allow only 1 submission per email address in order to avoid the issue of athletes submitting duplicate registrations when adding events. In order to add an event, forward your original registration confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the event(s) you would like to add.
Athletes who register by February 28, 2019 will save $10. Administrative fees go up $10 on 3/1/2019.
NOTE: Administrative fees are not event participation fees. Each athlete pays an administrative fee as part of their registration submission and then additionally "purchases" events of their choosing.
All athletes must submit an individual registration - every individual, partner, and teammate.
Team captains are responsible for additionally submitting a team registration.
There will be NO onsite registration or changes.
After registration has been successfully submitted, athletes will receive an email confirmation with event summary. If this confirmation is not received, the registration was likely not successfully submitted and email@example.com should be notified.
Athletes are responsible for scheduling their events in regards to times, locations, and logistics.
T-shirt sizes are unisex.
The T-shirt size selected when registering is the size that will be ordered - no on-site changes to shirt size.
You do not need to pickup your VSG packet, which will include your t-shirt and badge, prior to your event(s).
You may arrange for friends/teammates to pickup your packet on your behalf.
If you do not pickup your packet and would later like it mailed to you , shipping charges ($6) will apply.
