Also remember to bring a snack and drink to share and any games and/or sports equipment desired for recreation time (e.g. golf clubs, frisbees, volleyball, basketball, etc.).
There is no professional catering for our meals to help keep costs down. We thank Greg and Alicia Knippa and the people of Zion, Castroville for coordinating our meals. PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE OF ANY SPECIAL DIETARY CONCERNS.

This retreat is largely put on by participants volunteering their time and talents. Please be willing to help with food setup and cleanup. LOCATION AND ACCOMODATIONS:
Concan is a beautiful resort community located on the Frio River. Except for the cleaning service fee, our use of Dream Catcher and Rain Dancer cabins are donated by Steve and Debra Zerr of Hondo. These cabins were designed to host large family gatherings and each can sleep more than two dozen people in various sleeping accommodations. We will do our best to accommodate couples in private rooms with full or queen bedrooms, but we may not be able to do so depending on the total number of registrants. Learn more about
