Dear Mercy Parents,
Thank you for the many ways you have supported your daughter's education and Mercy High School during this evolving COVID-19 pandemic. This semester has been one of the most challenging and the commitment of our outstanding community has been inspiring.
While we are all unsure what the immediate future may hold, please know we will continue to focus on our mission and work diligently on behalf of all students in planning for the 2020-2021 school year. Along with you, we look forward to a return to in-person classes and activities at Mercy High School and are aiming for this ultimate goal as well as planning for different learning model scenarios. In addition to academic excellence as we educate "the whole young woman," be assured that the health and safety of all students and staff are of utmost importance.
We are forming a task force to cover all aspects of school life at Mercy and will evaluate and rely on the guidance and best practices of educational experts, health organizations and government directives. We are researching and considering a multitude of factors along with reviewing the success of schools already returning to class.
