The goal of this program is to build the proper throwing body. Regardless of the position you play if throwing is important to your performance then this program is for you.

Unlike most programs that only focus on velocity, our philosophy is that given a properly conditioned, well managed body, that is healthy and sound structurally,  velocity and all other good things come as a result.

I just wanted to take the time to thank both of you for your instruction and training in the TOPGUN Throwing Program. My son, Jordyn, cannot say enough positives about this program from the aspect of getting stronger, throwing harder and getting in better shape. But the things I am most impressed with is the teamwork, chemistry and sacrifices these kids put forth together which made the biggest impression.
