AIR TRAVEL:   All attendees are responsible for their own plane reservations and airfare. We advise you to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure flight availability. The closest airport is the Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:   The Bourbon Orleans recommends either a taxi, which are easily accessible in NOLA or Uber/Lyft. There is an airport shuttle service from the airport to the downtown/French Quarter but you will find there to be many stops, and more expensive than a taxi or Uber/Lyft. It is $36 one way for 1-2 people by taxi.
Private: Uber and Lyft are both available in NOLA. Download the app and request a ride.

PARKING: Parking for the hotel is $38 plus tax per car, per night.
WEATHER/DRESS:   The conference attire is business casual . As for weather, the average high temperature in NOLA the week of May 4th is 83 degrees, with a low of 68 degrees.  Be prepared for any kind of weather!  

RECREATION:   There are many sightseeing tours and activities available and can be set up with the Concierge Desk upon arrival.
