2020 NAWBO Charlotte Awards Gala
- Rising Star of the Year: Presented to a NAWBO member who has demonstrated entrepreneurial creativity and determination in successfully managing a business that is less than 5 years old.
- Qualifying Criteria: Must have joined NAWBO as a Member on or before 1/1/2019, and your business must be less than 5 years old.
- Woman Business Owner of the Year: Presented to a NAWBO member who has demonstrated strong leadership skills in growing and managing a successful business that is more than 5 years old, while also sharing those skills by participating in volunteer and civic activities.
- Qualifying Criteria: Must have joined NAWBO as a Member on or before 1/1/2019

Also, this year, NAWBO Raleigh is host to the NC Women in Business Hall of Fame. The North Carolina Women Business Owners Hall of Fame honors North Carolina’s most successful female entrepreneurs and advocates who have made significant and enduring contributions to impact women’s entrepreneurial development in North Carolina. Raleigh is the host city this year and also accepting nominations through the link below.
