SEPTEMBER 2020 NEWSLETTER
Letter to the Community | Dargenio Family
Our campaign kicks off this month! 2020 has definitely been a challenging year for many. Now. More than ever. We need your support! Last year, Marshfield Area United Way and their partner programs served well over 12,000 individuals in our service area. Over 10,000 of those individuals live right here in Marshfield. Money donated here. Stays here.

As Dan and Shauna stated in their campaign letter, "We are in challenging times, however if we all take a step back, take a look in our homes, take a look in our hearts, look for the generosity in our community, look for the compassion in each other, we believe that the good heavily outweighs the bad. We believe that a majority of people care about their neighbor, we believe that a majority of people have more commonalities than they do differences. Our family wants to shed light on all of the amazing acts of kindness and generosity that happen daily in our community. We want to educate people on ways they can help the Marshfield area, as well as, ways to get help, if needed."

UNITED FOR COMMUNITY WELLNESS
We have been collaborating with the School District of Marshfield, Marshfield Area Community Foundation, and Children's Wisconsin to provide weekly tips to help improve our community's heath. Each week watch for emails or posts on social media with tips and ideas on how to improve YOUR mental health. You are not alone.

  • We know people are stressed.
  • United for Community Wellness is here.
  • YOU can help our community through this time.
  • Watch for videos and posts,
  • Share them on social media,
  • Join challenges and make changes!
  • We want our community to not just survive 2020 but thrive.

If you or your business would like to be added to the weekly email list, please email us.
MOVING DAY! STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES
We made it! 100+ families have donated to the Heckel House redevelopment so that we can continue to serve and invest additional dollars into our community.

With that said, this month we are busy packing and moving into our new office spaces. Our last day at our current location, 156 S Central Ave. will be on Wednesday, September 30th. Follow us on Facebook for more updates.
