The SAIA Leadership has made a decision to cancel the in person meeting on April 27 - 30th in Kansas City, MO. The SAIA Leadership holds the health and safety of its industry professionals in high regard and with the current situation we feel that it is best to hold these meetings through video conferencing.
We are in the process of scheduling the Council and Committee Meetings. Please watch out for updates as they become available.
For those of you who booked your stay with the Intercontinental through the SAIA room block, we have been working with the hotel to cancel your reservation for you without penalty. If you booked outside of the SAIA room block you will need to contact the hotel directly and cancel your reservation. If you need a letter stating that Committee Week in Kansas City was canceled due to COVID-19, please let headquarters know and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
SAIA will be refunding all paid registration fees and voiding all open invoices. If you are a sponsor, Brandi Fox will be contacting you directly.
