Acreage Pines Elementary School - Renovation & Repairs

Calusa Elementary School - Renovations

Engenuity Group, Inc. completed paving improvements, including milling and overlaying existing parking lots and restriping to comply with ADA requirements. ADA and safety compliance improvements were implemented, including ramps and removing tripping hazards. Our team made utility improvements, including water and fire main improvements. The existing watermain is to be turned over to PBCWUD. Engenuity Group completed paving improvements. The project included overlaying and restriping existing parking lots to comply with current design standards; asphalt repair in problematic areas; regrading of ADA stalls to comply with slope requirements; bringing sidewalk up to ADA standards; adding ADA ramps per SDPBC standards.

Olympic Heights High School - Paving Improvements

Our paving improvements included bringing the site up to ADA standards and adding ADA ramps per SDPBC standards. Engenuity Group made drainage improvements with the addition of inlets/ catch basins. Our team made sewer system improvements, including lift station rehabilitation and adding a private 4" forcemain. We replaced a fire hydrant and added a new 8" PVC fire line. Engenuity Group completed paving improvements, including bringing the site up to ADA standards and updating existing striping to comply with current standards. Our work also included two driveway connections: one connection of the bus loop to student parking and one connection of the student parking lot to the staff parking lot at the north end.

Simon Destin Field Crew Intern Our Field Crew Intern Simon Destin studied civil engineering at UF for 2 years and plans to continue at FAU. Simon joined our Survey Crew to gain hands-on experience, while he continues his studies.

Ryan Britt S.I.T. Our new Surveyer In Training Ryan Britt studied Geomatics Engineering at FAU. He joins our Engenuity team with field experience in surveying, geospatial engineering and civil engineering.

A View from Above: Aerials

It’s 2020 and the newest Palm Beach County Aerials are in. Every 2 years the County does a flyover and attains the most updated images of our lands from above. Engenuity Group has downloaded all of the newest files from PBC to give our clients the best product possible! Let us know if we can help with any of your mapping needs.

Social Distancing Lunch on 9/11

Engenuity Group, Inc. continues to host social distancing lunches during this challenging time of Covid-19, boosting morale and demonstrating that social distancing can be easily done. During this Lunch, chairs were seated 6 feet apart and masks were only removed for eating purposes.

Our Kennel Club Outing

On August 14th Engenuity Group, Inc. went on our (postponed due to COVID 19) annual company outing to the Palm Beach Kennel Club. While we generally do this during the springtime, we decided to wait this year until things were a little safer. Our group enjoyed a nice lunch together, received a presentation on the historical background of the complex, went on a tour of the facilities, and got to watch a few races! Dale Simons started off the first race. In addition to being an AutoCAD Drafter with Engenuity Group, he is also an announcer for the Kennel Club!

From our Survey Department

Lake Clarke Shores Septic to Sewer Project Engenuity Group, Inc. provided a Topographic survey in three phases, so the Town can move from septic system to a sewer system. This was an extensive project because it covered the entirety of the Town of Lake Clarke Shores.

PBCWUD Utility Adjustments Phase III for the City of Belle Glade  Our Survey team prepared a Topographic Survey for the City of Belle Glade's water mains. We partnered with Chen Moore, so that Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department can perform a water main replacement.

Village of Wellington Community Town Center Phase II

Engenuity Group Inc. prepared a Topographic Survey for several areas in the Village of Wellington, including the Wellington Amphitheater, the playground, the Aquatic Center and the Wellington Community Center.
