Review Employer Copies of 2020 Member Statements
Employer copies of 2020 Member Statements are now available in Employer Access in the "Display Annual Documents" section.
Please do not share these copies with your employees; they are provided as a reference for your employer. Use them to check for errors.
Your employees were notified that their 2020 Personal Statements of Benefits (Member Statements) are now available in Member Access. This annual statement provides members with their IMRF account activity for 2020, including past earnings, contributions, and employers. Members are encouraged to review this information each year to check accuracy and to resolve any problems early.
Starting this year, paper copies of Member Statements will not be mailed to members due to IMRF's web-centric initiative. They will only be available in Member Access. Encourage your employees to create Member Access accounts to view their statements.

Workshop structure
This workshop is a 4-part series to prepare IMRF Authorized Agents. This single registration will allow you to attend the remaining modules. You are unable to cancel registration from any single module, but attendance is not mandatory at all four.
Together, these four 1-hour webinars cover the topics included in the former one-day workshop. Each webinar stands alone, and you can attend them in any order.
February Board Meeting Highlights
On Friday, February 26, 2021, the IMRF Board of Trustees:
Approved 2022 death and disability rates
Reviewed progress on strategic objectives and key strategies
Approved a proposal to engage an executive search firm in assisting Board of Trustees committee and staff in the hiring of a new Chief Investment Officer

2021 Virtual IMEC Conference on Enterprise Excellence March 30 and 31
Join IMEC and IMRF to learn how the pursuit of performance excellence can improve your organization. IMRF employers who are interested in improving processes and overall effectiveness are encouraged to attend these conferences.
The conference will include a session led by IMRF Director of Human Resources Cara Bannon. Learn from other experts on a variety of topics.
