An Important Announcement from your NCA


The 2020 Show Committee, with NCA Board of Directors approval,   would like to communicate to the membership and those who were   planning on   attending this year's National Specialty the latest information on refunds.   Please note the following general policies and   processes:

1.        Reservations for 2020 National   Specialty events are not able to be transferred to future 2021 National   Specialty events.

2.        Refunds will be for the   full amount of purchase - no partial refunds will be offered.

3.        Refunds will be credited in   the same manner as original purchase - credit card or check.

4.        If you placed your original   order by mailing a check, please request a refund by sending an email to:   refunds@ncanationalspecialty.org

5.        If you placed your   original order through the NCA National Specialty online store you will receive   an email (sent to the email address you   used in the online store) listing those   items that you purchased that are eligible for a refund.  THE ONLY WAY TO OBTAIN A REFUND FOR ORDERS PLACED VIA THE ONLINE STORE IS TO REPLY TO THE OFFICIAL EMAIL REQUESTING ONE.    Phone calls or   individual emails will not   constitute a valid refund request.  PLEASE DO NOT  request refunds until   you receive your official refund email   which will be sent out in the next few   weeks.

6.        If you do not reply to the official   refund email you are sent (see #5 above for online orders) or have not   requested a refund by email to the   above referenced email address (see #4 above   for mailed in orders) by  June 1, 2020  no refund will be issued and all monies paid will be   considered a donation to   offset expenses for the 2020 National Specialty.

7.        All refunds will be   processed and returned by  June 30, 2020

8.        If you wish to make a   donation to help offset expenses for the 2020 National Specialty, you may do so   via an option found in the NCA   National Specialty Online Store once it reopens.     Donations of any monetary size are   accepted and appreciated!

·          Top 20/10 - Tickets,   Program Ads & Sponsorships

LIVING LEGENDS

All entries of Living Legends will have   all mementos associated with this event mailed to them and as such, there will   be no   refund available for Living Legend entries.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS 

The Bavarian Inn Lodge will begin   transferring the deposits (less a $25 administrative fee) for 2020 National   Specialty room   reservations to reservations for the 2021 National Specialty.   There will be no refund of deposits. You will receive a new 2021   reservation   confirmation via email in the next few weeks. 2021 reservations will be for the   same days as your 2020 reservation.   You will have the opportunity to change   your arrival/departure days at a later time.

ENTRY FEES

The show Superintendent, MB-F, Inc.   will be refunding all entry fees received (less a $2 administrative fee) for   entries made   directly to them. Checks will come directly from MB-F, Inc. and   will begin processing in the next few weeks.

LOGO & TOP 20/10 MERCHANDISE

No refunds will be offered for logo   merchandise or Top 20/10 merchandise that has been paid for and already   shipped. Logo   merchandise and Top 20/10 merchandise already ordered that was to   be picked up at the 2020 National Specialty is non- refundable and will be   mailed out within the next few weeks. While no shipping fee will be charged for   items that were to have   been picked up, a donation to cover these costs would   be gratefully accepted. You can make your donation via an option found   in the   NCA National Specialty Online Store once it reopens.

We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through the refund process as it is not an easy one. The kindness and appreciation shown to myself and the hardworking volunteers on the 2020 National Specialty Committee has been overwhelming and greatly appreciated as we all put our disappointment behind us and move forward to happier times and plans for the 2021 National Specialty.
