The OPC National Conference only occurs every 2 years and is the largest gathering of orthotic and prosthetic professionals in Canada.   The 2020 conference takes place in beautiful Fredericton, NB August 5 - 8, 2020.

The Scientific Program Committee is looking for research and non-research abstracts in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Submissions are open to members and non-members of OPC. Suggested topics include:

  • Fabrication theories/techniques
  • Research (ex. outcome measures, evidence-based practice)
  • Allied health professions (ex. Wound care, physiotherapy,)
  • Quick tips
  • Health & safety (ex. safe use of materials, waste solutions)
  • Business (ex. management, marketing, funding and advocacy)
 
Your submission will set the stage for a dynamic and broad curriculum of high-value clinical, technical and general offerings to help propel the profession forward!
