On Tuesday October 29th, the Texas Department of Insurance held a stakeholder meeting for their proposed rule making on the sale of substitutes to workers’ compensation insurance. This meeting was the culmination, to this point, of almost two years of ARAWC and others discussing this issue with TDI . The Department has asked for updated comments on the rule by November 15th.
