Dear ,

I write with an update on the 2020 Patron’s Reception. As you are aware, The Bethlehem University Foundation was forced to postpone the 2020 Patrons Reception due to Covid 19.

In consultation with the Board of the Foundation and the staff of the Holy See Mission to the United Nations, it has been decided that the reception is to be moved to Easter Thursday of next year, the 8 th  of April 2021, and will be the 2020/2021 Patrons Reception.

The Host Committee will remain the same as will the Event Chairs. The Foundation will honor all registration payments and sponsorships already made as payment for the 2021 reception.

If you prefer that your sponsorship be transferred to the upcoming November 19 th  2020 Annual Awards Reception at the Apostolic Nunciature in Washington DC., or to request a refund of your payment, please contact Kianna Chevalier at klc@bufusa.org .

Thank you again for your support and for your understanding as the Foundation charts a new course forward.

Sincerely,
John
