To that end, we would like to offer some suggestions to enhance your family’s safety plan by highlighting ways you can decrease in-person interactions where your banking needs are concerned. UARK has several electronic options for meeting your financial needs without human contact.
If you are not already using UARK’s Virtual Branch, we highly recommend you sign up today. It is a free service. Simply access our website, from your laptop or desktop, and click “Enroll” under the Online Banking tab. UARK also has a fantastically easy APP that can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play. You may also call us toll free
UARK offers electronic transfers via ACH through our Virtual Branch system to members who have Virtual Branch. You may sign up for Virtual Branch as described above. All you need is your Member number and a PIN (the last four digits of your SSN).
you do not already have a debit card, we encourage you to get one today. Our Van Asche Branch in Fayetteville and our UAMS branch in Little Rock issues debit cards on the spot. Our cards can be used virtually anywhere to access cash from ATM machines. UARK partners with Allpoint to offer you free access to over 80,000 machines nationwide. Visit our website and click on “Find ATM” and enter your zip code to see a list of fee-free machines near you.
As described above, UARK offers electronic transfer capabilities through Virtual Branch. You may use this option to originate deposits to UARK from other institutions or you can use the other institution’s origination program (if offered). You may also deposit checks to your UARK account through our Mobile Deposit service. You must apply for Mobile Deposit with a Member Service Representative. We can do this over the telephone and by using DocuSign for the required signatures. DocuSign allows you to sign documents from your computer or smart phone.
UARK can lend you money without ever seeing you in person. We have member identification measures in place and offer the DocuSign capability explained above.
We want our members to know that all of us at UARK are committed to serving you with a “business as usual” approach. Even if the pandemic response is elevated, by government health entities, to restrict in-person contact, we can still offer you personal service.
