Dear Camp Friends,
First, we thank you. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your grace.  Thank you for your prayers.  Thank you for standing by us, and enthusiastically cheering for the right idea of Camp. These months have taught all of us many lessons about prayer, and the idea that comes to mind today is that we are crossing the Red Sea. Maybe the “dark ebbing and flowing tides of human fear” are still around us, but we see the “promised joy” as we set out this summer to guide our Campers and Staff “from sense to Soul.”
Currently, Day Camps in Michigan are now permitted to open. The legal opening of Residential Camp Programs is still forthcoming but expected to be by July 5. With this information, we continue moving forward in sharing an enthusiastic “Yes, to Camp!”
We, the Staff and Board of Trustees are committed to ensuring that we can offer the same quality programming that many have come to know and love about Camps Leelanau and Kohahna. As we are in close contact with our State Licensing Consultant and Local Health Department, the following adjusted program offering is one we feel keeps us in-line with this goal.
We are excited to present our “way forward,” with these uniquely adjusted offerings:

Again, thank you for standing by Camps Leelanau & Kohahna and staying with us while moving forward with the “Whole Armor of God.”
