In 2020 Floor Plans Will Be More Important Than Videos or 3D Tours In 2019 we began offering affordable Floor Plans to our customers. Why? Because both the National Association of Realtors and Zillow surveys show that in 2020 Floor Plans will be the second most important visual media piece that homebuyers want to see. Homebuyers now find Floor Plans to be more important than videos or 3D tours.

To launch the New Year on the right foot, we will be offering floor plans for $40.00 as a special during January for those of you who choose our Silver Package or Gold Packages. Floor Plans are included in our Platinum Package. A printed Floor Plan is simple and affordable selling feature to print on the back of your flyers or as a separate marketing piece. New for 2020 - Interactive Floor Plans Later this quarter we will be launching our new Interactive Floor Plan program which quite simply will be an amazing and unique addition to your marketing tool bag. Imagine each Floor Plan having camera icons placed throughout the home linking the photo to that location. When your prospective homebuyer mouses over a camera icon the associated photo automatically pops-up. This will allow a prospective buyer to quickly preview a home in less than a minute or two, and bring truly pre-qualified homebuyers to your listings. This will be an important marketing tool that you will be able to uniquely offer to potential listing clients and will help separate you from your competitors.
