2021 and Beyond - Health Care Industry
As we start the new year, we should take a moment to reflect on the rapid changes in the world and what our clients have endured in 2020, which has been very unpredictable while also being quite incredible.

No one could have predicted the dramatic changes the health care industry has undergone as a result of a global pandemic in 2020.

At the same time, the COVID-19 pandemic served as a catalyst for change, accelerating the health care industry from a standard pace of incremental change that represented the industry for many years to a period of rapid and invaluable change. Through the ups and downs of 2020, we will take a moment to reflect on a few of Oberman Law Firm's amazing accomplishments.

  • Expanded representation of health care practice owners throughout the U.S. and Southeast, including, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Oregon. [In addition to our existing clients in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.]
  • Expanded our representation of private equity and venture capital firms and portfolio companies in investment, acquisition, and health care transactions on a national basis.
  • Lectured, conducted, and participated in excess of 20 industry specific webinars in order to keep our clients and the health care industry up to date with the latest legal, trends, and governmental guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Expanded our representation of health care practice owners in their practice transitions to private equity and growth firms.
  • Continued to expand the firm’s Health Care Practice Group.
  • Expanded health care practice areas, including Governmental Compliance, Fraud and Abuse, Federal and State Employment Law.
  • Continued to expand and leverage health care solutions to increase client efficiencies and client satisfaction.
