As we reflect on the many challenges of 2020,
we would be amiss if we didn't acknowledge some of the achievements also reached this year.
For more than 27 years, the GSFA team has worked
hard to advance our mission to provide affordable housing and contribute to the social and economic well-being of California residents. We could not accomplish this, year after year, without the continued dedication of our lending and real estate partners and other business colleagues.
Together, we have:
Helped more than 80,600 individuals or families
to purchase or refinance homes.
Provided more than $600 million in
down payment assistance.
Participated in financing over 32,300
residential and commercial energy efficiency projects.
