Virtual Events - Although everyone is itching to get “back to normal” we have learned there is no “back,” there is only forward. Virtual events are perfect for some of our clients as it helps them reach a larger audience and many people are still not comfortable being in large crowds. We can accommodate all attendees and we are still able to interact with everyone virtually. We have found that our attendees love using the chat feature during events and taking polls. This allows them to feel that they are apart of everything and helps us see the engagement. In addition, we are able to create marketing videos for our clients to use throughout the year by creating different highlight reels with the footage we had already gathered for the event.
In-Person Events - We have loved being able to see people in person again. We have found that our attendees have shown up earlier, stayed longer, and dressed up more for our in-person events. You can tell every guest is excited to be in the room and wants to make the most of the event. When gathering in person, we ensure the health and well-being of all event attendees is at the forefront. We do this by following state and city COVID-19 guidelines, encouraging proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, and working with our non-profit partners to ensure safety is a top priority.
Hybrid Events - Hybrid has the best of both worlds: you are still able to include those who are uncomfortable being in crowds, those who are unable to make it in person, and attendees from around the world. We believe that hybrid events are the future of events, helping us to bring together a community in person while still accommodating guests who might not be able to attend in person. Hybrid events can come in all shapes and forms, and we have worked with our non-profit partners to bring many different versions of hybrid events to life this season.
