A YEAR OF GROWTH & MOVING FORWARD
Dear friends of Powered by Professionals

2021 has been a year of growth and moving forward for Powered by Professionals. We started the year off small but strong, still working from our homes and producing virtual events. Doubling the size of our team, and the number of our clients, we were able to help our non-profit partners produce the event that was right for them, whether that be virtual, in-person, or hybrid. We helped navigate the best experience for our clients' guests.

We all worked together to meet fundraising goals and moving forward with what fundraising events look like in a a mixed setting. PBP has put together a highlight reel from the events we produced this fall as well as compiled some insights that we have picked up during the year.

We wish you and your loved ones a happy and safe holiday season.

2021 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
While we weren't able to include every single exciting and inspiring moment from our 2021 events, check out some of the highlights below!
2021 END OF YEAR RECAP
This year, PBP produced over 35 events with a combined total of over 15,000 attendees. PBP produced virtual, in-person, and hybrid events:
Virtual Events - Although everyone is itching to get “back to normal” we have learned there is no “back,” there is only forward. Virtual events are perfect for some of our clients as it helps them reach a larger audience and many people are still not comfortable being in large crowds. We can accommodate all attendees and we are still able to interact with everyone virtually. We have found that our attendees love using the chat feature during events and taking polls. This allows them to feel that they are apart of everything and helps us see the engagement. In addition, we are able to create marketing videos for our clients to use throughout the year by creating different highlight reels with the footage we had already gathered for the event.

In-Person Events - We have loved being able to see people in person again. We have found that our attendees have shown up earlier, stayed longer, and dressed up more for our in-person events. You can tell every guest is excited to be in the room and wants to make the most of the event. When gathering in person, we ensure the health and well-being of all event attendees is at the forefront. We do this by following state and city COVID-19 guidelines, encouraging proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, and working with our non-profit partners to ensure safety is a top priority.

Hybrid Events - Hybrid has the best of both worlds: you are still able to include those who are uncomfortable being in crowds, those who are unable to make it in person, and attendees from around the world. We believe that hybrid events are the future of events, helping us to bring together a community in person while still accommodating guests who might not be able to attend in person. Hybrid events can come in all shapes and forms, and we have worked with our non-profit partners to bring many different versions of hybrid events to life this season.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP
This can be a confusing time for nonprofits and PBP wants to do what it can to help support nonprofits in any way we can! If you are with a non-profit, or thinking of starting one, and want any development advice or a sounding board, contact PBP at info@poweredbyprofessionals.com and we will set up a 30-minute call at no charge with one of our team members.
"Partnering with the Powered by Professionals team during the most challenging fundraising year was one of the best decisions we made for our organization and event transition. From the first point of contact through our post event debrief, the PBP team was communicative, clear, organized, professional and fun to work with. The support from the PBP team to take our vision and bring it to life virtually was amazing. The success of our first virtual event experience was made possible because of the efforts of the PBP team. We look forward to working together in the future to create hybrid events and re-emerge into the in-person event space through their professional guidance and prospective." - Molly Hott Gallagher, SCOPE, Executive Director
