We're thrilled to welcome Piper Hardin to our team! In her new role as Director, Piper brings with her more than 20 years of professional development experience and nonprofit leadership. She has proven success in creating and implementing strategies for major individual giving, planned giving, annual fundraising campaigns, capital campaigns, corporate giving, and foundation giving.

Prior to joining Orr Group, Piper served as Chief Development Officer at No Labels, a Washington DC based nonpartisan advocacy agency.

On the HR front, we're excited to have Binola Mehtaji join us as Senior Associate Director! In her role, Binola will help with the day-to-day HR function at the firm, in addition to providing outsourced HR services to our nonprofit partners.

Binola brings with her over 12 years of HR experience, most recently serving as Assistant Director of HR for National Committee for Quality Assurance, a nonprofit based in Washington, DC.

From intern to Associate, we're so happy to have Sammy join our team! Sammy will assist our nonprofit partners with various fundraising projects and strategy development.

Prior to Orr Group, Sammy was a development intern at the University of Maryland Hillel where he assisted the development team with various aspects of the organization's annual and capital campaigns.
