AHFA Multifamily Staff will conduct site visits associated with the 2021 Competitive Application Cycle during June. The site visits are tentatively scheduled to begin on June 7th and be completed by July 1st, however, these dates are subject to revision. The site visits consist of exterior inspection only. AHFA staff will not enter buildings or interview onsite personnel or tenants. Please make sure that signs marking the proposed site entrance are posted and visible.
