Dear Parents & Guardians:

As a customer with a split-pay account, we’d like to make you aware of CYC’s new policy regarding split accounts:

  • Both accounts must remain current at all times to ensure continuation of services.

  • If collection notices become necessary at any time, all account-holders will be notified. 

  • Any parent or guardian who chooses to make a payment on another’s behalf will have to do so by phone or by mailing a check; a detailed receipt will be provided accordingly.

  • CYC reserves the right to cancel and/or deny split-pay privileges.
