You are receiving this email because you are making a presentation at the 2021 APRES Virtual Annual Meeting. Below is information on how to format your presentation and how to upload your presentation.

Zoom Live Webinars will be the format for the expanded schedule of presentations this year, allowing attendees to directly ask authors questions in real time. This includes:

PowerPoint (.ppt or .pps format) is the required format for all live webinar presentations. Click on the Instructions link below for details when it's your turn to speak.

Presentation Time Limits:
General Session Presentations:         20-30 Minutes
Symposium Presentations:                20 Minutes
Breakout Session Presentations:       15 Minutes
Joe Sugg Award Presentations:         15 Minutes

Backup Presentation Requested
A live event comes with the possibility of technical difficulties. To ensure the flow of presentations, the Program Committee is asking all authors to send a backup copy of their PowerPoint presentation by June 30, 2021. Your backup presentation does not have to be your final presentation. The backup copy will be used by our technical assistants to share their screen if an author or guest speaker experiences technical difficulties.

Reminder: The 2021 APRES Virtual Annual Meeting is a Members-only event. To participate, please renew your APRES membership or join today! Registration fee for Individuals is $250; Students-$25.


2020 Annual Meeting Proceedings
The 2021 Proceeedings will be prepared as customary following the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting and will be available on the APRES website with every other Proceedings 1957-2020. You must present your findings to be included in the 2021 Proceedings.
