BHA Board Elects New Officers
Subsequent to the Annual Meeting, BHA's Board of Directors met to elect officers and organize the leadership of its committees. The following officers were elected:

Alan Briggs - President
John Kinney - Vice President
Robert Drumheller - Secretary/Treasurer

BHA thanks John Fisher for his leadership, time and dedication while serving as president over the past two years.
Board Vacancy
Just prior to the Annual Meeting, Nana Smith resigned from the BHA Board citing challenges with making frequent trips to and from her permanent home in Texas to fulfill her Board responsibilities, due to COVID-19. BHA wishes Nana well and is grateful for her year of service.

BHA's Bylaws allow the Board to appoint a replacement to serve the remaining two years of Nana's term.

Individuals interested in serving on the Board should send their resume to Nominating Committee Chair Tiffany Williams for consideration. Resumes should be received by Wednesday, February 3rd.
Wildlife Overlook Webpage
A special page has been added to BHA's web site that provides information about the Association's work to rebuild the Wildlife Overlook located on Stede Bonnet. The Overlook's site plan as approved by the Board, previous Island Report articles about the Overlook and Frequently Asked Questions have been added to the site. This fluid page will provide updates for property owners about the status of the Overlook construction.
