Seabrook, TX: Lakewood Yacht Club (LYC), in cooperation with Bay Access, hosted the 2021 Bay Cup I Regatta March 6th.
Twenty-eight boats participated in BCI, the first race in the annual two-event series. Lakewood had 10 top-three finishers, which are listed below.

Kelly Maguire provided the live entertainment at the post-race party at the Club, where participants, guests and numerous volunteers enjoyed a poolside celebratory dinner and camaraderie over drinks and an awards ceremony.
Bay Cup II is scheduled for August. Interested racers should begin preparing for round two. Those who race in both regattas will be eligible for an overall trophy.
