Due to continuing concerns regarding international travel and the safety of large, in-person gatherings, the 47th Annual Convention will take place virtually, May 27-31, 2021. We understand the value of meeting colleagues face to face, and we considered all possible options to continue on site before making this decision. We are committed to working tirelessly over the next seven months to create a dynamic virtual experience while preserving the health and safety of our members and staff. We will have enhanced networking opportunities as well as improved text and video chat features during presentations and poster sessions.
Automatic Hotel Room Cancellation
The room blocks at our San Francisco hotels--the Hilton Union Square and Parc 55--will be released by the end of the year.
