2021 RACI YEAR IN REVIEW
REIMAGINE celebrated the 2020 Award recipients with REALTOR® of the Year Chuck Oldfather & Penny Irwin for Distinguished Service.

We took a moment as colleagues paid tribute to long-time Affiliate Aimee Romero and further honored her memory by raising over $2,500 for the Aimee Romero Family Benefit Fund.
The Community Outreach committee raised over $4,250 for community organizations in 2021.
The Program committee organized several virtual, hybrid, and in-person events in 2021. Including the long overdue Grant County Septic Forum attended by over 60 REALTOR® & Affiliate members.
The RPAC committee hosted 2 Auctions and 1 phone bank to raise over $41,850 toward supporting your business and the real estate industry through Advocacy.
The Social Activities committee hosted virtual & in-person events attended by over 260 REALTOR® & Affiliate members.
The inaugural RACI LEAD Program ushered 12 REALTOR® & Affiliate graduates through 5 virtual & in-person sessions from January to November.

  • December 1, 2021 - Affiliate 2022 Dues Renewal available
  • December 1 - 31, 2021 - $50 late fee applied to 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
  • December 31, 2021 - Affiliate 2022 Dues Deadline
  • January 1, 2022 - Unpaid members are terminated
  • January 1 - 15, 2022 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.
