"The theme for 2021 is BUILD DIFFERENT. One thing this past year has shown us is that we were probably not as prepared to navigate disruption and uncertainty as we would have liked. And while we didn’t choose the pandemic, we can choose how we exit it. Here’s the thing, growth doesn’t come from the trauma or difficulty, but in how we respond, and the story we chose to live out as a result. Join us this November as we explore different stories, different expressions, different strategies and tools that will help us build stronger, build wiser, and ultimately BUILD DIFFERENT." - Dr. Mark Johnson, 365 Director
