The Association awarded $189,147 grant to expand pre-apprenticeship programs throughout the region!
$2.8 Million Investment to Prepare Students for Good Jobs!

The announcement was for a grant from the PA Department of Labor for the "Schools-to-Work Program (STWP)" that supports partnerships between schools, employers, organizations, or associations. The program will to create employment and training career paths for students and offer work-based learning opportunities at manufacturers.

 The Wage & Salary information compiled by The Manufacturers’ Association and is available for employers throughout the south-central PA region. The survey includes data on wages, salaries, labor market conditions, compensation practices and more!
