NDLTAP is pleased to announce the 2021 36th Annual Regional Local Roads Conference will be held in-person at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Sioux Falls, SD, October 19-21, 2021 (Tuesday evening vendor social, conference beginning Wednesday, Oct.20). The block of rooms is reserved under the name: Regional Local Roads Conference. Call 605-336-0650 for room reservations.

Registration Deadline: October 8, 2021. After this date, you may call the South Dakota LTAP office at 800-422-0129.

The conference fee is $100.00 per attendee. $75.00 per guest.

If you would like to be a vendor there is still space available but its going quickly! $200.00 per vendor. Conference sponsorship is also available.

Free conference registration for all County Commissioners and 10 first time attendees. If you are a first time attendee, please email Dale Heglund or Denise Brown to receive your free registration.



NDLTAP is providing a bus to the conference. This bus trip has provided a great networking opportunity for individuals and has reduced the cost of travel for entities. We are pleased to be able to provide this opportunity to our customers.

Bus fee is $25.00 per person (this includes refreshments and snacks)

Waived bus fee:
  • First time attendee
  • If you bring a County Commissioner (one per county)

The bus will start in Bismarck at 7:00 AM. Other bus stops are Valley City and Fargo.
